NovaSpeech currently has five regular employees and several part-time student employees. The regular employees all have combinations of computer programming and linguistic expertise. Sue Hertz is our President and Chief Scientist; Harold Mills is our Senior Software Developer; Isaac Spencer, Patrick Hegde, and Masayuki Gibson are Research Associates, working on both linguistic and programming tasks. Collectively, our team has many years of experience in speech technology, linguistics, speech perception, signal processing, and computer science.
